A transplanted New Yorker, Richie arrived in Aspen in 1971. Licensed in 1972 Richie has been involved in some of Aspen’s most complex development projects as well as the simplest. Long known for his ability to match buyers and sellers, his tenacity in making a deal is second to none. Richie has managed to combine his work with his love of skiing, hiking and fishing. Additionally, Richie has long been involved with Aspen’s Dance world, Grassroots Community Access Television and the Wheeler Opera House. A lifelong horseman, he joined the Roaring Fork Hounds when he arrived in town and recently retired as Master of Foxhounds.As a Performing Arts advocate, transit enthusiast, political junkie and, most importantly as a Realtor with four decades of Aspen Real Estate experience, Richie’s attention to detail, his commitment to his work, his in-depth knowledge and understanding of his fields of interest have carried him to the forefront of all of his endeavors.
